Lily Collins Covers Glamour July 2013 Issue

Lily Collins graces the cover of Glamour magazine's July 2013 issue wearing a slick strapless, blue and white Christian Dior printed bustier and skirt paired with fabulous Pomellato earrings. She is holding two different pair of adorable pink Charlotte Olympia wedges in each hand. For her accompanying editorial, the young actress is photographed by Ellen von Unwerth wearing several fabulous pieces from Emilio Pucci, Valentino Red and Burberry Prorsum styled by Anne Christensen. I love the vintage feel of each look and I especially love her retro hairstyles.

Inside the issue the 24-year-old, Mirror Mirror star dishes on everything from her friendship with Jennifer Lawrence to her personal style.

Lily on her new movie, Stuck in Love: It’s my most meaningful project so far. I fought for the role for seven months. I read the script and thought, No one but me can play this. Samantha is promiscuous, cynical, sarcastic—qualities that are not me, but fun to channel. I also liked her relationship with her dad.

Lily on her friendship with Jennifer Lawrence: “She’s a friend; she’s awesome. The choices Jennifer has made have been really interesting. And I loved how she carried herself after her trip [going up onstage] at the Oscars. I was like, ‘You go, girl!’”

Lily on her personal style: “Even in L.A., where everyone’s in yoga pants, I’ve never been the girl to run around in sweats. I love fashion and always have something put together, but I won’t wear anything specifically to be photographed in. I have become more cautious of making funny faces in public.”

January Jones Alluring Poolside Glamor for The Edit

I recently read the interview January Jones did with The Edit, Net-A-Porter's online magazine and I found it to be fascinating. Not only did I learn that January is good friends with actress, Diane Kruger, but she takes style cues from her as well. January told the magazine of Diane, "She always looks fantastic, so I watch what she wears. We like to go to shows or look online and then fight each other for the best pieces."  In my search I remembered the two of them appeared in the movie, Unknown together, so now it all makes sense.

For her accompanying editorial, Jones was photographed poolside looking glamorous, wearing several elegant gowns from Gucci, Lanvin, Oscar de la Renta and Roland Mouret. It's hard to pick my favorite look because she is so beautiful in all of them, but the sea-foam single-shoulder Lanvin ruffled dress paired with the gold Saint Laurent heels is a standout ensemble for me personally.

Jones is rumored as being a known "Ice Queen", gossip sites and even the New York Times have even labeled her as being a "bitch". My understanding of this, is because she keeps her private life, private and has been known to stay in character {Betty Draper} while filming because she is a "method actor". I must say that I have a renewed respect for the Mad Men star, upon reading this interview. I have always liked Jones as an actress and love her bold fashion choices. She is one I frequently love seeing on the red carpet for that reason alone.

I like that she is mysterious and doesn't reveal too much about her life to the public. It reminds me a bit of Old Hollywood, (a Kardashian-free, simpler time). It's refreshing that the 35-year-old actress doesn't expose and let it all hang out just to stay relevant in the spotlight. I also appreciate that Jones refuses to reveal the identity of her son's father and her reasoning for that is commendable. Telling the magazine, "There are parts of your life — no matter what your job — that should remain private. When my son asks those questions, I want him to hear it from me. I don't want him to be able to Google it."

She has a point, at the end of the day, it's not our {the public's} business. I won't lie, when she finally decides to reveal the information, I will more than likely buy the magazine with the exclusive interview.

What do you think of January's interview and fashion editorial? Do you see her a bit differently now as I do?

Technically I have siblings but they are quite a bit older than me – I was the accident – so I have the only-child syndrome going on. I’m a little more selfish, a little more independent, a little closed. I do wish I were softer. I wish I were able to form relationships better. But hey, I mean…I’m not a sociopath.”

Emma Watson's Racy Cover Look For British GQ's May 2013 Issue Seems Familiar

Emma Watson has come a long way since her days as portraying Hermione in the Harry Potter films. The May 2013 issue of British GQ features the young actress on the cover showing off her sexier side in an all to familiar fashion ensemble. This racy look bears a striking resemblance to Julia Robert's look from the film Pretty Woman. Don't you agree?

The reason for the 22-year-old's not so modest fashionable cover look, is that she is dressed up as her character Nicki in the upcoming movie The Bling Ring. I am very much looking forward to seeing this film by Sofia Coppola, which is about the infamous group of California teens who allegedly broke into the homes and stole designer goods from  celebrities including Miranda Kerr, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Megan Fox and more.

Emma will play a materialistic, superficial, vain and immoral character, but will not be pushing the racy boundary with her film career much farther than that. Watson took to twitter recently and shot down rumors that there is no way, like for real she would play Anastasia Steele in the big-screen adaptation of E.L. James erotic novel, Fifty Shades of Grey.

What do you think of Emma's cover? Are you looking forward to the movie, The Bling Ring?

Diane on her character in The Host: “She’s so complex. She has that Stepford Wife-y kind of niceness yet there is so much more underlying there: rage and anger.”

Diane on her friendship with designer Karl Lagerfeld: “He’s very kind and can be very funny and ironic and silly. In difficult moments in my life when I don’t really know who to talk to, I sort of drop by his studio and he knows me well enough to pick up on weird things. Kate Hudson Covers Glamour April 2013 Issue

A topless Kate Hudson is Glamour's April 2013 cover girl. The Glee actress and star of the upcoming political thriller, The Reluctant Fundamentalist graces the cover of the magazine showing of her perfectly toned physique wearing only a pair of MiH jeans and layers of Chanel necklaces. For her accompanying editorial feature, Kate is photographed wearing pieces from Saint Laurent, Proenza Schouler and some killer lace up heels by Nicholas Kirkwood paired with only a white Brioni shirt. Inside she talks about everything from oh how she stays in shape to her famous parents.

Kate on not being reluctant: "I'm not reluctant about taking chances. I'm definitely not reluctant about relationships. I choose to [trust people]. The reason I trust so much is that I don't feel like I have anything to hide. If somebody betrays that trust, it could never be so bad, because I don't keep any secrets. I've had friends who've lied to me—and it doesn't stop me from trusting. The only thing that gets me angry is with [people who invade the privacy of] the kids. It's the only place where I sort of go, 'Is this worth it?'"

Kate on her famous parents: "There's a misconception that if you come from famous parents, you're seeking fame for the sake of fame. I see it as the opposite: Growing up with parents who were in the spotlight—it was almost like, Wow, if I didn't love to create characters, I would run as far away from fame as I could get. But I love performing."

Kate on how she keeps in shape: "Dancing, Pilates, and running after Bing. He's sprinting! And he's got a natural mullet, which I'm cutting soon. It's growing only in the back, so we in the family say he takes after my Gogie—you know, Kurt [Russell]—because Kurt was a mullet guy in the eighties."

What do you think of Kate's cover? Will you be picking up a copy when it hits newsstands March 12th?
