How To Create Emma Stone's Sexy Signature Cat-Eye Look~

Emma Stone's signature sexy makeup look — the sharp and seductive cat-eye — is super easy to create.  Creating the perfect cat-eye look is all about using, and properly applying, eyeliner or eye pencil to create a hard line around the eye.

Start with any shade of eye shadow to the lid. If you want to have a more natural look, go with a more neutral shadow. If you want it more dramatic, go with a bolder shadow.

Once you have on shadow, choose either a gel or liquid liner. Personally, I use liquid because I feel like I have more control. Try Urban Decay's 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner,$18.00.

Before starting your line, look at the point from your eyebrow and your nose. That will determine where your eyes will flair out.

Now that you have your starting point, it’s time to fill in your line. Start with a thin line starting from the point of your eye at a slight diagonal from the eyebrow.

Once you have that line, make a triangle shape and fill it in.

Now that you have the cat-eye point, fill in the rest of your eyeliner to preference.

Emma Stone's Top Looks

By Holly Gaither

Emma Stone is your average girl who is full of charisma. She has a special quality that can inspire her audiences and captivate any crowd, which is why she is this month’s style icon. Stone grew up as a natural blonde but didn’t start getting acting jobs until she dyed her hair red and became a firecracker of comic relief. She has been in House Bunny, Superbad, and Easy A (which was a huge box office hit). She usually plays a character full of energy, spunk and a dry sense of humor. But in her upcoming movie The Help she is playing a more serious role as a writer from the South fighting for the rights of black women in the community. She will also appear as her natural blonde self in The Amazing Spiderman in 2012 as Gwen Stacy, Spiderman’s first girlfriend before dating Mary Jane. Stone has a lot of success coming her way, and her style is not lacking at all. She dresses with class and spunk. She likes to change up her style every time she steps out onto the red carpet. Sometimes she’s classy and sophisticated, while other times she has a fun and flirty pattern. She shows her great diversity through her work in films and fashion.
